We do our utmost best to process and dispatch your order within 48 hours of it being placed within working hours. However, when this is not possible we will inform you of any delay.

Royal Mail does not consider a parcel to be lost unless it has been in the postal system for no less than 14 days for UK mainland orders. Whilst it is highly unlikely deliveries will take this long, we are only able to send you a replacement once the specified period has passed. Please check with your local post office if you are expecting a parcel from us, if it has not arrived, as they may be holding it for collection.
If the buyer has provided a wrong address and the order is not returned to us, then we are not responsible. This would be considered as a Lost Order so we will not issue a refund.
If the buyer informs us that he has provided a wrong shipping address, then we will try to stop the order but we cannot guarantee it because we process orders rapidly.
If the order is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, then the buyer may submit a request for reshipment. The buyer is responsible for the re-shipping and re-handling sum.
Please note we can only consider processing claims for lost items within 90 days of dispatch.
We aim to despatch your order asap so that it reaches you within 2-5 working days (standard delivery). Please allow up to 10 working days at busy periods for UK orders. Please note that this is not a guaranteed service and is provided to give you an estimated delivery date.
Collect In Store
If you wish to collect your order in store then you’ll need the receipt printed off(which is sent to the email you state when ordering) and a valid form of ID(eg, driving license, passport, recent utility bill etc…).
Please allow at least 24 hours before collecting your order.

Please note that if you do not collect your order within 30 days of placing the order, we will try to contact you about the order. If we cannot get in touch with you via the contact details you’ve entered on the order, the items you have ordered will put up for re-sale.
