What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We currently only ship items within the UK, this is a standard service that costs £3.95 for any order, no matter how small or big.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
The standard Royal Mail service should deliver your package within 2-3 working days once collected – please allow us sometime to pack your order and arrange collection.

Do You Ship Internationally?
Not at this current time, we only ship within the UK at the moment.
How Can I Return a Product?
If you’re unhappy or want to return your order/item(s) that you have purchased online then please return it within 14 calender days of receipt to the following address with a cover letter stating the reason for return and whether you want an exchange or a refund;

Do I need an account to place an order?
You do not need an account to place an order, however we do advise you to create an account as it’s easier to follow your order status, also you don’t have to enter your details for your next order.
How do I place an Order?
Find the product(s) you want to purchase, enter the quantity you want and click then ‘Add To Cart'(you may need to choose an option from a drop-down menu, such a size for some items). Once it’s been selected you’ll receive a confirmation message saying the item has been added to the cart via a green headline towards the top of the page.
Once you’ve added the item(s) to your Cart which you want to purchase, please ‘View Cart’. Here you can see the item(s) you’ve added, once you’re happy with this, you can enter a coupon if you have one. Here is where you can choose your shipping and handling option too.
Once you’re happy with the item(s) in your Cart and the Shipping option, please ‘Proceed To Checkout’ – please enter your details and proceed to Paypal. Log-in to Paypal and confirm your payment.
After you’ve paid for your order, you’ll be taken back to the khfcstore.co.uk and you’ll receive a confirmation message about your order, also you will receive an invoice to the email address you provided with all of your details on.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order
You can cancel or change your order by calling Dave Pountney on (+44) 01562 823 931 – please call us ASAP if you want to change or cancel your order to avoid disappointment as we aim to ship orders ASAP.
If your order has already been sent, we cannot change or cancel your order – when you receive your order, please send it back to us in it’s original condition within 14 calendar days with a cover note stating whether you want to exchange or return the item(s).
How Do I Track My Order?
To track your order please visit track your order and enter your Order ID(found in your invoice email) and your email address – this will then give you all of the details you need to know about your order and what the current status of it is.
Alternatively if you have created an account, then please log-in to ‘My Account’ which will give you a list of your Recent Orders.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
The KHFC Online store accepts payment from all major debit and credit cards, but transactions must be processed through PayPal online. Creating a PayPal account is quick, simple and free of charge and allows you make payments securely.
Available On Backorder - What Does This Mean?
If an item is ‘Available On Backorder’, this means the product is currently Out Of Stock – but you can still purchase this item and we will get your order to you as soon as we receive it back in stock.
Normally we would look at a lead time of 2-3 weeks at a maximum, however these times vary.
