Can I return an item?

You may return any item(s) within 14 days of delivery in its unworn & unused/original condition and packaging for a full refund of the price you paid for the individual item(s) or exchange.

Returns of personalised products will only be accepted if the personalisation is incorrect due to our mistake or if the product is faulty. Please therefore take care to ensure that you order the correct size.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Items should be returned to us by post or in person:-

  1. Contact Dave Pountney at the football club with your name, address, telephone number, order number and details of the item you are returning. You can contact us at dave.pountney@harriers.co.uk or 01562 823931
  2. If posting wrap the item(s) securely in a suitable envelope or packet
  3. Post the item by recorded delivery* to the following address:

What should I do if I receive the wrong item?

In the unlikely event we send you the wrong product, please send the product back to the address above by recorded delivery* along with details. We will refund delivery costs if we have sent you the wrong item. As soon as we receive the returned item(s) we will despatch the correct product and issue you with a postage refund.

What should I do if an item is damaged or faulty?

If an item is faulty, please contact DavePountney by email dave.pountney@harriers.co.uk or calling:- 01562 823931

Please then send the product back to the address above by recorded delivery*. We will refund delivery costs if an item you have received is broken or faulty. As soon as we receive the returned item(s) we will dispatch the correct product and issue you with a postage refund.
